Children are evaluated on the basis of readiness for school and potential success in a Montessori classroom. It is equally important to determine whether the parents’ educational philosophy is compatible with that of Mountain Montessori. The admissions process consists of an Open House in Nov or Feb, a completed application with a non-refundable $25 fee, and a parent-teacher meeting.

We do not accept non-medical (religious or personal-belief) exemptions for enrollment. A medical exemption or an in-process catch-up plan signed by the child's physician may be discussed with the Director.
